Hardfacing is a process that adds a protective layer to your high wear parts to extend the life of them. We can not only build up lost material but also add a sacrificial matrix of much stronger and harder weld material to the surface of your equipment where wear will be expected, intended to maximize its lifespan. Hardfacing is a very cost effective way to significantly extend the life of any earthmoving, crushing, or digging equipment.

Our CNC plasma cutter can produce accurate and intricate parts from plate materials. Our cutter works with both steel alloys (including stainless alloys) and aluminum alloys and is exceptionally good at reducing labor times on parts and can produce parts quickly. Our cutter can accept parts as big as 4'x3' and can cut up to 3/4" thick plate. Parts requiring precision machining can be cut quickly on the plasma cutter and machined with either our manual machines or our CNC machine afterwards to reduce production time and cost. Plasma cutting is also great for flat parts needed in volume or sign making.
